Everyone has habits and behaves like certain patterns. Getting rid of these habits is not that easy…! Research shows that most people fell back into their old routine within a period of 6 months..!

The key to success is being aware of your behavior and daily patterns. Only when you’re really motivated and willing to change your behavior, you are able to focus on achieving a healthier lifestyle.

Your Health Coach starts with your personal goals, we help you to make sure
they are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely.
If you’re not sure what you would like to accomplish, change or reinvent, we advise you to start with a brainstorm session. Make a list of habits, behavior or body parts you are not really satisfied with which you would like to change.

For example:
‘no more energy dips’
‘slimmer waistline’
‘drop a certain kg’
‘fit into my old jeans again’
‘optimal health for the whole family’
‘increase your knowledge’
‘looking fit and healthy’
‘looking younger and anti-aging’

When you’ve got too much personal goals, it’s difficult to focus. Try to make a top 3 and focus of the goal you think is most important to begin with. Try to be clear and describe your top 3 goals in maximum 3 sentences.

Tips:

  1. Make sure you keep it real. Loosing 10 kg in 4 weeks is not realistic and will end up into disappointment.
  2. Set yourself a short time goal and a long-term goal. You can achieve a short-term goal in 12 weeks, a long term goal starts is further away than 6 months and can take in some cases 12 months.
