During your intake session you will get a lot of information. Your Health Coach will send you the most important tips in your personal nutrition advice. This advice contains the guidelines of your new healthy lifestyle.

A personalized and detailed meal plan that shows you what and when to eat. You can choose one of the 7 options per eating moment. For every meal you’ve got several options and you just choose the one that’s the most appealing and convenient for you.

Your Health Coach philosophy is: less = more! You will receive easy, not more than 5 ingredient recipes that are super fresh and tasty! No one wants to spend hours preparing and cooking complicated meals. You will notice that you will actually save time by Your Health Coach handy cooking tips!

A personal list with products and ingredients to avoid until your evaluation meeting. You will see it is not that difficult to avoid the ingredients if you just know where to look for!

Personal list with all the products that your coach has put in your personal plan.
