7-Day juice detox

These juices are made using a (slow)juicer. To include fiber in your juice: add a bit of the pulp back in. These vegetables and fruits are a great way to get some fiber in: apple, red beets, cucumber and fennel. 

When using a blender add 200 ml water to the recipe. This way you will include all fibers in your smoothie. We cut down the ingredients in the smoothie because the fiber will increase the volume.

Start daily with a large glass of water. After you drink your juice or smoothie.
For optimal results, make sure you avoid: Coffee, sugar, sweeteners, alcohol, dairy, soy, animal products and gluten.

Day 2

Day 3

2 stalks of celery
2 carrots
1/2 cucumber
5 cm fresh ginger
3 stalks mint leaves

2 carrots
1/2 cucumber
1 cm fresh ginger
hand full mint leaves

Day 4

1 fennel

3 hands kale (incl stalks)
5 cm fresh ginger
1 tablespoon curcuma

2 stalks celery
2 hands kale
2 cm fresh ginger
1 tablespoon curcuma

Day 6
Ingredients juice:

½ cucumber
3 hands kale (incl stalks)
5 cm fresh ginger
1 rode punt paprika (no stalks)

Ingredients smoothie:
1 apple
1 lemon (no skin)
¼ cucumber
2 hands kale
2 cm fresh ginger
1 rode punt paprika (no stalk, no seeds)

Day 7

1 lime

3 hands kale (incl stalks)
2 stalks of celery
1 bunch of parsley
