Chocolate banana cake

Did you know that cacao is rich in antioxidants and protects the body against oxidative stress? This cake has it all: cacao, antioxidants, great taste and making it is very easy!
Ingredients:
- 130 g almond meal
- 85 g coconut flour
- 2 tbsp coconut palm sugar
- 30 g raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 bananas
- 3 organic eggs
- 4 el chia seeds
- 200 ml water
- 50 g raw walnuts
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees.
- Combine almond meal, coconut flour, coconut palm sugar, cacao powder, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl.Â
- Stir with a spoon to make equal.
- Blend the bananas with the eggs in the blender.Â
- Stir chia seeds with a spoon with banana-egg mixture.Â
- Combine banana-egg mixture with the dry ingredients and add 200 ml water. Â
- Put dough in a silicon cake pan.Â
- Decorate with walnut halves.
- Bake in 35-45 minutes until the crust is brown. Use a toothpick to check if cake is ready.
