Kids cake

This month: a soft and tasty cake for our little ones! Made out of sunflower butter, banana and eggs. Tastes as spectacular as it looks, it's green inside!

Ingrediënten:200 g zonnebloempasta

  • 200 g sunflower butter
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


  • Siliconen cakevorm
  • Oven


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, use a silicon form or line a loaf tin with baking paper.
  2. In a blender combine the eggs and bananas. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the seed butter, baking soda and vinegar. 
  4. Blend together until mixture resembles a smooth paste.
  5. Spoon the batter into the silicon form or loaf tin and spread out until even on top. 
  6. Place in to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Leave to cool in the tin before inverting on to a cooling rack.
