Mint cacao smoothie

Creamy frozen cauliflower, packed with coconut, cocoa, mint and cocoa nibs. A vegan smoothie low in sugar and for long lasting energy.
Ingredients:
- 250 ml plant milk (coconut, rice, almond)
- 1 Tablespoon almond/hazelnut butter
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- 1-2 teaspoon cacao nibs
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients except cacao nibs in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, sprinkle with the cacao nibs.
Drink this smoothie mindfully and enjoy!
