Mint cacao smoothie

Creamy frozen cauliflower, packed with coconut, cocoa, mint and cocoa nibs. A vegan smoothie low in sugar and for long lasting energy.

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml plant milk (coconut, rice, almond)
  • 1 Tablespoon almond/hazelnut butter 
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 1-2 teaspoon cacao nibs

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients except cacao nibs in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with the cacao nibs.

Drink this smoothie mindfully and enjoy!
