Vegan wraps

Filled with walnut 'meat' and herbs. Add salad, avocado and a generous spoonful of hummus and roll it up!


  • 1.5 cups de-shelled walnuts
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp tamari or coconut aminos
  • Gluten free wraps
  • Sla
  • Tomato
  • Avocado
  • Black olives
  • Hummus


  1. Soak walnuts for 2 hours.
  2. Add walnuts to a food processor and process until mixture is chopped finely but not pureed.
  3. Put mixture in bowl, add seasonings and mix.
  4. Add the tamari (or coconut aminos) and stir until incorporated
  5. Fill wraps with walnut mixture and top with toppings of choice.

Enjoy and eat mindfully!
