Vegan spreads


Spread 1: 
Sunflower seeds, sundried tomatoes, basil, celery, zucchini, chives

Spread 2: 
Carrots, almond butter, ginger, lemon, tamari and dulse 

Spread 3: 
Walnuts, tamari, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley and lentils

Spread 4:
Pumpkin seeds, olive oil, carrots, coriander, cumin, Cayenne, avocado 


  1. Soak your nuts and seeds for optimum digestibility. Rinse well.
  2. Blend all ingredients into a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon into Tupperware. Refrigerate until serving.
