Energy Booster smoothie

The perfect breakfast or after workout smoothie. A creamy combination of spinach, banana, pear, grapefruit and yoghurt. Add chia seeds on top to finish.
Ingredients per serving:
- 1 Florida grapefruit
- 1 banana
- 50 g spinach leaves
- 1 pear
- 150 ml (goat) yoghurt
Preparation:
- Slice the grapefruit in two halves and scoop out the meat. Remove the pits.
- Break the banana into 3 pieces.
- Rinse spinach in a strainer (2 hands full is 50 grams)
- Remove the skin of the pear, slice in halves and scoop out the heart. Chop in pieces.
- Blend all ingredients until creamy.
- Add 100 ml water if your smoothie is a bit too thick.
