Frozen green smoothie

The perfect summer smoothie, taste the richness by combining avocado and frozen banana.

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cucumber
  • 2 hand ful of spinach or green chard 
  • Juice of 1 lemon or lime
  • 250 ml ice cold water

Preparation:

  1. Take two frozen bananas out the freezer. Break the bananas in 5 chunks and freeze separately in a sandwich bag. 
  2. Combine bananas, avocado, cucumber, spinach or green chard in the blender. 
  3. Add the lemon juice and water.
  4. Blend until rich and creamy.
