Tessa's Obese Oatmealcake

This oatmeal cake is easy and super tasty! Tessa's smoothies can be used for breakfast, snacks and even for dinner. Refreshing and surprisingly nutritious.
Ingredients:
- 400 g oatmeal
- 6 eggs
- 125 ml organic (goat) yoghurt
- 3 tbsp coconut palm sugar
- 3 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 small apples
- 100 g naturel nuts
- 4 tbsp pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- 125 g blue berries
Preparation:
- Preheat oven on 180 degrees Celsius.
- Whisk the eggs in a large bowl.
- Add coconut oatmeal, (goats) yoghurt, palm sugar and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Rinse apples and cut in small pieces. Add to the mixture.
- Add nuts, seeds and blue berries
- Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes and the muffins for 20-24 minutes in the oven.
- When the cake is ready let it cool down by removing the cake pan.
- Keep in slices in the fridge or freezer.
